[듀얼모니터] 다른 크기의 디스플레이간 마우스 이동 비율 적용

4k, fhd 모니터를 사용하고 있으나 마우스 포이터 이동을 비율에 맞게 이동하고 싶다.

단점 : 게임할 때 마우스 포인터를 구석에서 클릭할 경우 모니터를 넘어가거나 의도치 않게 이동한다. 그래서 현재는 사용 안함.
